Refund policy

We keep this simple.

14-day money-back

If API Craft Pro does not work for you, technically or otherwise, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number and you will get a full refund. No forms, no retention flow, no interrogation. A sentence about what didn't work helps us fix it, but it is not a condition.

How it works

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Once we confirm the refund (normally within 2 business days), Paddle's processing takes a few days depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Past 14 days, refunds are at our discretion, but if you hit a defect that genuinely blocks the use you bought the license for, write to us anyway. We would rather refund than have you feel stuck with a tool that doesn't deliver.

Free tier first

The Free tier exists so you can evaluate API Craft for real, on your own project, for as long as you want, before paying. If you are unsure, start there; it is not a trial and does not expire.
